Privacy notice
How Fluanci handles the personal information you share through this website. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Fluanci (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/854882/07, South Africa. Our Information Officer is Wahina Hlulani Njoku. You can reach us at hello@fluanci.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your light or dark mode choice in your own browser only.
Why we collect it
- To send you updates about Lerato and Fluanci if you joined the waitlist.
- To reply to messages you send us.
We only use your information for these purposes, with your consent. We never sell it.
Where it's stored
Messages and waitlist requests arrive in our company email, which is hosted by our email provider. If we connect a form service in future, it will also process the details you submit on our behalf. We only use providers that need the information to deliver this service.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until you ask to be removed or we stop sending updates. We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and maintain basic records.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it. Email hello@fluanci.com and we'll act on your request.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
